I believe that mindful choices nurture genuine happiness and a meaningful life. Whether you want to change the way you eat, the way you think or even the way you consume, that first step can bring synergy within yourself. Connect to food
The body needs fuel in the form of food every day but with the wrong kind of food it deteriorates over time; like our car would, if we pump bad gas.
Eating highly processed foods on a regular basis affects our brain, moods and appetite and can cause serious health problems.
I believe that the choices we make about what we eat, where it comes from, how it's grown, raised and prepared have a direct and powerful impact on our health, the people we live with and our planet. 
By encouraging a more holistic point of view, my approach is to explore the interconnected nature between food choices, sustainability, health and wellness

Change is a virtuous circle
We are creatures of habit: we buy the same foods from the same grocery store, prepare the same recipes over and over, and live within our own familiar routines. Old habits die hard.
Changing a habit in one area helps build the willpower and patterns we need to make changes in other areas as well. It's a virtuous cycle: making one better choice leads naturally to more better choices.
Whether it's running, eating well, doing jujitsu, reading or playing the guitar, starting is hard, awkward and painful. But starting is 80% of the battle!
Now, the habit won't start paying off until it's a habit :)
